Informative speech

I think I learned from the last time to have some aid when I talked to refresh my memory. It seems sometimes when i give a speech I have the memory capacity of a goldfish, i completely space out. the outline was very helpful. As I talked the visual aid showed what I meant. I walked people through che's life so you had his baby pictures up to the last picture taken of him before he was executed. I liked my introduction because i started off with some facts.  Then I talked about how people don't really know what he did or what his ideals were. My conclusion needed some work. I trailed off when i said "some dude bro". I informed people but my voice trailed off and that's not a good way to end. I should keep my voice volume constant. I improved on having an outline in front of me but I still want to improve other things. I wish I didn't get so cold before a speech and also I wish I didnt walk off to get something out of my bag like I did. It was embarrassing so I should relax before a speech and not rush on up to the podium. Hopefully I'll improve by the last speech.
